DOOR SECTIONS - Sections shall be full 2" thick roll formed from galvanized steel having a coating thickness of 1.25 oz. of zinc per square foot. End stiles and center stiles to be riveted to outside face. Sections shall be roll formed with ship lap joint for weather tight closure between sections

FINISH - Door to have finished coat acrylic baked on enamel, white outside and white inside. May be field painted to match decor of building.

INSULATION - Insulated doors optional. (A) Insulated 1-1/2" thick core material fills the cavity area between the front and the rear of the roll formed sections. (B) WI State approved 22 gauge embossed aluminum inside covers.

TRACKS - 2" or 3" according to door size. Tracks to have graduated seal for weather tight closing. Horizontal track to be adequately reinforced with continuous angle.

HARDWARE - All hinges and brackets made from galvanized steel. Track rollers shall be hardened steel ball bearing. Door shall be adequately reinforced with steel U Bar stiffeners 2" or 3" according to door size.

SPRING COUNTER BALANCE - Heavy duty oil tempered wire torsion springs on continuous ball bearing cross header steel shaft. Galvanized lifting cables with minimum safety factor of 7 to 1.

Specifications:

• Lock - NOT DRILLED FOR EXTERIOR HANDLE (A) Standard - Interior sidelock installed on left or right side.
  (B) Optional - Exterior keyed in handle w/side spring latches.
• Wind Load - Doors designed to withstand 20 lbs. per square foot. Deflection of door in horizontal position to be maximum 1/120 of door width.
• Warranty - Door warranted for one year against defective material or workmanship.
• Lites - 24"x12" double thermal acrylic lite insulated.
