Industrial Strength - Energy Efficient

DOOR SECTIONS - Sections will be roll-formed, hot dipped, galvanized steel exterior. Sections will be manufactured by a continuous foamed in-place polyurethane lamination process resulting in a metal/foam/metal sandwiched panel, an EPDM rubber thermal break to prevent heat or cold conductivity. The ship lap design will have rounded water channels.

INSULATION - Insulation will be a rigid, foamed-in-place, polyurethane core free of CFC's and HCFC's and will be fully encapsulated in nonpermeable materials to prevent loss of thermal efficiency. The insulation will have an R-Value of 14.86, U-value of .067 - calculated value based on certified test data.

HARDWARE - All hinges and brackets made from galvanized steel. Track rollers shall be hardened steel ball bearing. Door shall be reinforced with steel U bar stiffeners, per manufacturers specifications. Tracks 2" or 3" according to door size.

SPRING COUNTER BALANCE - Heavy duty oil tempered wire torsion springs on continuous ball bearing cross header steel shaft. Galvanized lifting cables with minimum safety factor of 7 to 1.

FINISH - Finish will be two (2) coat baked-on polyester with a white interior and white or brown exterior.

Specifications:

• Air filtration: Doors constructed with an air infiltration of .08 cfm per square foot of door at 15 mph/.13 per square foot of door at 25 mph.
• CFC & HCFC Free: Unlike many other insulated doors the Thermacore panel contains no environmentally damaging CFC's or HCFC's.
• Warranty: 10 year panel warranty against delamination of foam and steel skin. One year on workmanship and material.
• Lites: 24" x 12" double thermal acrylic lite insulated.
